We are thrilled to announce that Sophia Stockham, a PhD student in the Department of Political Science, has been honored with the 2024 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship!
Receiving the NSF fellowship is a significant achievement. It is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and exceptional talent demonstrated throughout her academic career.
Sophia plans to advance her research on health policy and initiate a new project on sexual exploitation and abuse in peacekeeping. Additionally, she will continue her current project on gender biases and the use of force against states during conflict.
